The lodge is located about 4.5 km from the city centre, approximately 300 m from the Beagle Channel and 500 m from the River Pipo. Guests can also reach the forest on foot and the tourist centre is roughly 4.5 km from the hotel. The Parque Nacional la Pataia is about 16 km away, the Museo del Presidio about 9 km away and the ski centre about 22 km away.
This family-friendly ski hotel, renovated in 2008, has 17 rooms in total and a lobby with 24-hour reception, breakfast room, WLAN Internet access and laundry service (for a fee).
The rooms are distributed on the ground and first floors.
