This hotel first opened nearly 40 years ago, by the older generation of this family. It is one of the rare places where you still find the age- old Sri Lankan traditions and values guarded safely. The easy going and friendly manner with which the family treat you can be a soothing period to the tired traveler. One would also be able to contemplate and meditate at the shrine room in a calm and peaceful spot in the old house to spiritually rejuvenate one's body and mind.
