This private residential development is located on the seafront in one of the best spa areas in the southwest of Lanzarote, known for its mild and gentle climate. The complex is located next to Playa Blanca which has a marina and fishing port that allows guests to practice water sports as well as golf, tennis, paddle tennis, squash and cycling. Links to the public transport network are roughly 500 m from the bungalow complex and the bus station is around 4 km away. The beach is some 2 km away. Lanzarote Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 35 km.
Renovated in 2009, the bungalow complex has parkland and consists of 31 luxury villas with one or two floors. There are chalets of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms and 2 and 3 bathrooms. The chalets are environmentally friendly in their construction and in their philosophy. From them, guests can reach a creek and walkway leading down to Papagayo Beach. In the complex there is a supermarket with all food, drinks, toiletries and cleaning products, accessories and magazines. All the chalets have parking spaces. Younger guests are sure to enjoy the playground. Internet access is available for a fee. Bicycle may be hired on site.
The kitchens in the bungalows are fully equipped with appliances, cutlery, linens, pots and glassware, as well as a blender, toaster and hot water heater. The dining room has a satellite TV, DVD and CD player, telephone, ADSL line (additional), 1 or 2 dining areas with table and chairs. There are 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms, depending on the chalet. Chalets have one or two main bedrooms with double beds and the rest are with twin beds. The main bedrooms have a TV and safe free of charge. In addition, there are two or three bathrooms with shower and/or a hydro-massage/spa bath for two. Standard amenities in all chalets include a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, Internet access, individually regulated heating and a balcony or terrace.
